FAQ
How do the classes work?
We provide one on one virtual lessons with native Spanish teachers from Latin America. Our lessons are very engaging because we combine grammar lessons with practical exercises and conversation.
Do you provide learning resources?
Yes, we provide the resources needed by each student according to their level and learning style. The teacher uses resources like workbooks, interactive exercises, articles, videos, and podcasts.
Can you personalize the topics?
Yes, we start with an assessment test that helps us identify the student’s weaknesses and strengths. Based on the test results we can provide a specific work plan for you.
What’s the length of each lesson?
The student can choose between lessons of 60 and 90 minutes according to their availability, but it’s recommended to stick to a similar schedule every week.
What happens if I cancel a class?
You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the time of the class depending on the teacher’s availability within the same week.
If the teacher doesn’t have any other time available, different from the one initially agreed to change the class time, the student will be charged.
Also, If you cancel the same day of the class or don’t show up, the class will be considered taken, because the teacher can’t program any other lessons during the time you have scheduled. The teacher typically waits up to 15 minutes on Zoom, which will be deducted from the original time scheduled.
What’s the price of the lessons?

How can I pay for my lessons?
You can transfer money to our U. S. bank account. We also use Venmo and Zelle and we receive biweekly or monthly payments only. If you wanna use PayPal we’d ask you to assume the fees.
What’s the advantage of having a personalized tutor?
Your tutor will focus on your areas of interest and reinforce the complex topics that matter to you the most. For example, you can tell your tutor that you need to work on your confidence, so the teacher can give you tools to improve the way you communicate in Spanish based on previous experiences.
Do you provide group lessons?
Yes, we can design a work plan based on the number of students, their levels, age, and location.
Can I book a trial lesson?
Yes, you can book a lesson of 60 for intermediate and advanced students or 90 minutes for the beginners to do an assessment test and get feedback about your learning needs. Contact us to get more information.
